Communing in banquet style tents, the Mongols would prepare slivers of meat and vegetables by slicing them with their razor sharp swords. The food would then be cooked by searing it on their overturned shields that were heated by a blazing fire. Genghis Khan and the fiercest warriors would sit high above the hordes and enjoy the food prepared for himon a large, roaring hot grill.

As you move along a huge buffet, your options are virtually limitless.
